No more sound at all after dB music converter

After installing the music converter on my Win2Kserver system I get no sounds at all. If I unistall, delete the soundblaster and the ms mediaplayer and the codecs it works again at stratup (after the reinstall of the soundblaster and the mediaplayer). If I restart, the problem starts again. How can I solve it.

Nothing to do with Music Converter, it goes nowhere near the sound card.
