I'd never heard of it either. It appears to a Karaoke (midi?) format.

Winamp seems to have a plugin.
Someone needs to test it with the dbPoweramp's Winamp plugin adapter....

Do you know any way to play it back? if so you can use some Sound Recorder software to captrue them and save as wav or mp3.
