    Encrypted WMA's

I'd like to convert WMA's I have ripped to MP3's, which is why I instaled DB AMP Converter.

However... all I try to convert except 'Sample Music' test converts, error with encryption.

Is this all there is to it? I will need to rip them to MP3's directly from the CD?
Trouble is these are WMA files I've recieved from my father overseas, that don't work on myMP3 player, so I don't have them and he doesn't have DB nor would he be able to work out how to download it, install it, let alone use it.

How do I get around the encrypred WMA files issue? Is there a codec by chance I haven't downloaded?

    Cheers.
