DBPoweramp Stops working

I purchased your app in the past 2 weeks.

Problem after shutting down my computer and next day the APP stops working in order to get it working again I have to un-install then go to regedit and search and remove EVERY INSTANCE EXCEPT THE DOWNLOAD for dbpoweramp. Then re-install it will work fine but when i turn my system off and re-boot it the next day it will not work. This will not do if you can not fix the app so its works I will require a REFUND.

What sort of error messages are you getting? Also what dbpa program are you running (CD Ripper, batch converter, etc.)? I assume you're not talking about Asset or PerfectTunes, correct?

Also. what platform? And it's not an APP. It's a program. I worry.

we need additional info. But just guessing, this sounds like an overly aggressive anti-virus program interfering with the program. What A-V program are you using?
