M4p Conversion?

I'm trying to convert some of my new iTunes downloads,which are .m4p's, but even with the latest codec download I am getting an error. Is there a way around this that I'm just not seeing?

AFAIK m4p's are copyprotected. That's seems to be the reason for the error.

odd though because he mentions new itunes downloads. Itunes hasn't used copy protections for a number of years. Unless these are much older itunes purchases, they shouldn't have copy protection.
