Temp directory during MP4 conversion

When I use the MP4 codec, temp files are placed in the root of the volume I'm doing the conversion on.

I would expect it to either (1) use the TEMP location, or (2) obey the power pack temp directory.

i guess i would like to see an option to alocate where any temp files might be created.
