Multiple licences needed?

Hey,

I'd like to use DBPowerAmp but am not sure if I need multiple licences: Can / May I install DBPowerAmp with a single licence on multiple PCs if I am not using them at the same time?

So basically my question is simply: Is the licence user or device-based?
Is there something to prevent me from installing it twice and not using it at the same time?

I live at two different places, so I won't be able to use both at the same time, I could even uninstall it on one PC before moving, but that would be a annoying hassle every few months.
