I have a few songs left over from my Napster account from 10 ago that I didn't convert. The songs are protected. When I click on music converter and click on the folder the songs do not appear. Does this program convert protected music? It says it can convert iTune songs and they are protected so I am assuming it can convert them. Am I doing something wrong? I searched the forum and couldn't find a post that addressed this issue. I am using the trial program as well. Thanks.
