can't install 32 bit Music Converter

64 bit dbpoweramp keeps installing properly without the music converter software. I became aware after downloading the Music burner which is only compatible with the 'old' 32 bit version. I have read the forum and downloaded(repeatedly) to new locations and held down the right mouse button whilst double clicking the left. At one point I actually knocked out my optical reader and had to reinstall Win10. This is becoming a serious pain but I would really like a proper cd burner. What am I missing here?

Afaik you should hold down the right shift key, not the right mouse button while double clicking the installer.
