playback is fast

I have used dmc Auxiliary to record songs I had on cassette tapes so I can burn onto cd. The songs appear to record fine to my hd folder, but when I playback the seperate tracks, they start playing fine for about 4-7 seconds then they take off as if I hit fast forward. Can you tell me what's going on? Thanks.

Your computer is possibly no fast enough to encode them in real time, try recording to wave.
