qaac settings corresponding to itunes plus

I do not want to use the native resampler in itunes, so i want to know the corresponding qaac setting for itunes plus in dbpoweramp. is it 256 true vbr or constrained vbr or abr?

Any suggestions, please? itunes plus is 256 constrained vbr, i think. So will the corresponding qaac setting yield similar results? Or does itunes plus do some other magic we are not aware of? all suggestions welcome.

I'm guessing users here will not know the answer to your question, as it is iTunes related and this is not an iTunes forum.

Maybe, try the settings yourself and compare the 2 or ask Apple re. iTunes Plus?

qaac setting is: -v256 -q2

itunes plus is equivalent to constrained vbr 256.
