    FLAC crashing

I have a problem encoding WAV files to FLAC in that every attempt crashes, resulting in a 5k file only
It used to work, but since trying to encode a 32bit file which killed it, it no longer works with 16bit either.
I have tried re-installing both the Flac codec and dbpoweramp itself, with reboot, but no luck there.
Is there anything else I should try?
    Many thanks...

    Re: FLAC crashing

    See:

The libraries for FLAC 1.3.2 contain code which will not run on all CPU types, unlike the predecessor. We held out for 1 year to release 1.3.2 and felt the need to include it in dBpoweramp as for 99.99% of people 1.3.2 runs fine on their system. The issue with this FLAC encoder is obvious, the FLAC files dBpoweramp creates are
