Music Converter "Converting To:" icons are incorrect

All of the --file type/played by-- program icons are the same and all are incorrect. All are correct as displayed by "Filter" in the Batch Converter.
Any way to fix this? I tried reinstalling dBPoweramp to no use. Uninstall is more difficult that usual since there doesn't seem to be an uninstall program, Windows 10 can't uninstall, etc.
