Problem with getpopupinfo.exe

I've just installed Musi Converter R.10 and have some problems with popup tips in the Explorer.
If I move the pointer over an audio file i get the message "Error GetPopupInfo.exe Not Found". I checked the file is in folder \...\dBPowerAMP\ and the registry entries have the correct path, but this feature does not work at all.
Any advice?

Install again (ignoring the offer to uninstall the old one).

I did it and now only displays "No Info" :-(

For wave and mp3 files?

Yes, for wav, mp3, monkeys audio or any other audio file...

I guess there might be a incompatibility with Windows XP, another program, codec or whatever it be, because this feature of the same version of DMC works perfectly in another PC running Windows 2000.
Furthermore, I copied whole directory of dbpoweramp from that system to this and still get same error messages so I supose there is no corrupt or missing files in the installation.
