Loosing ID3 Tags when transcoding MP3 to MP3

Hi, i use dbpowerAMP to transcode MP3 files with 160 kbps to smaller ones (typically 80 kbps) for use in an MP3 Flash Player.
My MP3 are LAME/EAC encoded and have ID3 V1 and V2 tags. When I transcode them, both ID3 tags get lost.
I have the 'preserve ID3 tags' Check ox set.

... when converting to WMA, the ID3 tags are preserved.

Are you using Release 10? after conversion hold the mouse over the file, does it show the tag?

I had this problem too.

MP3 with both tags after transcoding one of then got lost. Only one tag was in the converted track.
Setting to create BOTH tags and not Smart v1 e V2 solved the problem.
