How to use "Rename Extension" utility?

I Simply want to rename some of my .mp4-files (converted with nero) to .m4a. How to???

Being a little more specifik... Where do I find the input for the apllication? After installing the add-on, nothing "new" appears in the start-menu and since i'm not interested in the mp4-aac codec i can't use rightclick-convert to.

Install also the normal mp4 codec, then select a bunch of mp4 files >> Right click >> convert to and use the change extension.
