WPL convertion (wma playlist)

after converting my music to win media player vs 9, i came to the conclusion that my car stereo thus only play mp3.

Question: Is there any codec for converting complete playlist in wma format to complete mp3 playlists/cd's? (win media player vs. 9, playlist extention: wpl)
