dBpoweramp Reference R16.4 display error messages at installation

I run dBpoweramp Reference R16.4 in a Windows 10 Home PC.

I turned off firewall and windows defender protection, and uninstall McAfee completely,run as administrator, but it's always the same error message,can't install it.

Error message
"this installation is corrupted, please obtain a new copy."
"unable to extract a file from install, possibly your security software is blocking the install."

But I can install "R16.4 Trial".

I tried obtaining a new copy in a different web browser(Firefox, Edge, Chrome).
but, identical file and same error message when I try to install it.

Have you tried to Start your PC in safe mode in Windows 10 and installing the software?

I was able to install the program using the files I downloaded with my another PC.

This sounds somewhat like my issue. I can't install the latest version. Seems Illustrate has something effed up.
How do you get a refund when you can't install an upgrade?

What OS/platform are you installing on? Which version of dBpoweramp are you trying to install?

When trying to install, what error message do you get, if any?

What size is the installer you are using? Have you tried to re-download the installer?

What anti-virus/security software are you running?
