Fully registred account but issue appear ! URGENT

Heello!

I had the 21 days trial and during that trial a could change the KHZ from 48 to 44 and after the end of my trial it didnt work anymore of course.

So i paid 40 euros but now that i go to advanced , choose cbr and 44khz and do convert and overwrite it charge of course but the parameter of my songs keep staying at 48 khz.

It is very important and urgent because my dj players doesnt read vbr and 48 khz!!

Please help !!

Maybe issue can be because i dowloaded poweramp few times already or i dont know ?

In dBpoweramp Control Center, what Release is showing and what is the Registration Status showing?

Please can you confirm what file format you are converting from and what file format you are converting to?

What application is saying your converted files are at 48kHz?

Anyway, I'll try my best, based on your screenshots:
01. You are converting an mp3 to an mp3?
02. The Capture.PNG is showing the source file?
03. Where is the screenshot of the destination file or you are overwriting the source file?
04. Is the following option ticked?:
dBpoweramp Control Center >> Configuration: Advanced Settings >> When Converting: Update 'Source', 'Encoder', 'Encoded By' & ' Encoder Settings' ID Tags

FYI, I have just converted a 48kHz mp3 to a 44.1kHz mp3 using dBpoweramp 16.4 64-bit and the sample rate is showing as 44.1kHz.

I tried in WAV and now in seems to work.
