How to convert .shn to .mp3, please

I added the .shn codec. When It gets to the part to select a file for conversion; my .shn files are not shown? I go to the part in the lower right corner where one can select file types. It's set for all file types. But if I look at the drop down menu, .shn is not on the list?

This codec is 32 bit only, see:

The 64 bit release of dBpoweramp will only work correctly with 64 bit codecs. In Codec Central the codecs which are indicated as 32 bit only will not work with the 64 bit version of dBpoweramp. CD Writer CD Writer cannot be compiled to 64 bit, it is 32 bit only.
