cannot convert

for some reason - there is no MPEG LAYER3 option - what the heck have I got to do to get that ?
it was there - now it's not - if I use cd quality - the file is too large when i convert from mp3 to wave to send using AOL email

help please

downloaded it - unzipped, right clicked on file - only options that are there are open - cut - copy -delete - properties

HELP please.............. this is making my brain hurt!!

You musn't be right clicking on the right file? I think there are a few with the same name - try the others.
