How Do I Convert from 192/24 down to 176.4/24 ?

I am starting to get some 192/24 music files but my current DAC will not play 192/24. It will do 176.4/24 but I can only find a 96/24 option on dBpoweramp. Is there any way to get a 176.4/24 option?

I went to DSP effect resample and the choices do not include anything between 192 & 96>

If you have R16.3 (on Windows) then there should be 176400.
