Installation of V14.4

I have a family plan for V14.4 and loaded it onto a new computer.

I got to the Configuration screen and the settings looked good, so I clicked "OK" and nothing happens.

The computer is a Dell with Windows 7 Professional. Google Chrome browser and music on a NAS. I have V14.4 on an identical Dell installed years ago and it worked fine the last time I used it about a year ago.

Any thoughts?

What are you expecting to happen when clicking Ok on the configuration program? It normally just closes.

T'hanks for getting back to me.

It has been closing, but I was expecting the launcher to be on my desktop as before.

Another senior moment, didn't go into the program menu. And there it was.
