I am trying out the powerpack. For some reason its not nearly as fast as they say. I checked off all the new options like rip to ram and rip and encode at once. My cd burner is 48 speed and I have a 2 ghz computer with pentium 4..... so why is it taking 12 minutes to rip a cd when it says its supposed to take 3 or so.

if your refering to the fastest ripper chart, that was rip to a wav file. ripping to a compressed audio codec will vary depending on the settings.
