.m4a files won't convert to wav

Hello,

I have some .m4a files from a zoom portable recorder that I am trying to convert to .wav and I keep getting the same error..."Error converting to Wave, 'D:\JayGoeppnerbandpractice\ZOOM0010.m4a' to 'D:\JayGoeppnerbandpractice\ZOOM0010.wav'
Error: Unable to load decoder for file type '.m4a', codec not installed? visit 'Codec Central'. [dBCoreConverter::dBCoreConverter]


However, I believe I do have the codec installed.. I have tried this on 2 computers with the same error msg.
