Bug Fix: Flac tagging, if tag did not have a vendor string (non-standard) then previously was writing a 2nd tag block

I noticed this bugfix in the upcoming release 16.3, but is this fix available in 16.2?

You can install R16.3 now, from the testing section of the forum.

Well, it doesn't solve the problem. If I dare to use DBpoweramp to update the tags they're corrupted. No other program is able to handle the tags anymore. :-(
I use DBpoweramp to update the the ReplayGain tags. After that, the tags are unusable...
