    any help please?

Hi I’m still having issues. Is this forum the only way to contact DBPoweramp for support?
The problem is that I think I’m converting a file to FLAC, but it only takes 2 seconds to say it’s completed but the actual result lasts 5 seconds and there is no sound. I tried converting from MP3 to FLAC and from MP4 to FLAC.
    Can anyone help’ please?
    Thanks
    Tony

Are you getting any error messages. What does the ripping log say? Are you ripping to a local hard drive or to a networked drive?

Ensure you have no DSP effects running. If you cannot convert a wave file >> wave file, then it is likely something is interfering with dBpoweramp, such as security software.
