used trial with batch rip, ran great. Trial expired. I bought the product and installed it. When I start batch rip it is still saying product required, license expired. can not even in-install trial as windows says uninstaller not found.

If you cannot uninstall it suggests it is not installed correctly.

I would recommend you install the trial (do not choose the option to uninstall first), then uninstall through the 'Programs and Features' option (select start menu and start typing this)

Once uninstalled, fully restart Windows and install the registered version from the link in your email receipt. After install it should show the registration status in the control center
