Opus files not converting

Trying to convert a batch of .opus files to .m4a with the built-in fdk-aac encoder. They are simply skipped,
no error messages, no logs, nothing. What is going on? Using dbPoweramp Reference 15.3. I have both
fdk-aac and opus codecs installed.

Try converting the opus files to wave, what happens?

Same thing. They are skipped over.
