Why convert WAV to MP3 and AccurateRip result show the same CRC for both ?

Hello
Please let me know why I convert to MP3 from a WAV file (AccurateRip Verified) and when I recheck AccurateRip by PerfectTunes then I see result is the same CRC for both?
I think MP3 codec not same like LPCM, so why it's have same CRC ?
(convert to FLAC/ALAC or AIFF have the same result)

Remove the AccurateRip tags from the mp3 file.

I did it then I cannot verified with accuraterip (by PerfectTunes), but when I do the same to the source wav file, it's also cannot verified.
So can you let me know why ?

AccurateRip needs all the tracks to guess the disc, as Accuraterip is disc based, if you remove the tag from the wave file then there is not enough information to find to original disc.
