DSF to Apple Lossless Conversion

Just a minor item - but an important one: I was able to successfully convert DSF 2-channel files (from an SACD ISO) into Apple lossless in nice 24-bit/88 khz quality. I just miss the opportunity to add a gain of +3.5 db during the conversion process. Is there a function within the utility codecs which could proceed this?

Use the DSP effect 'Volume Normalize' with a fixed amplification, whilst converting.
