I recently upgraded my windows 98 compaq to windows xp..now when i try coverting mp3 to wav, the wavs are skipping.

Try converting the wave back to mp3, might be a problem playing wave. -

Try converting mp3 >> wave >> mp3, does the final mp3 file play ok?Comment

Install the latest R10 from beta section on this web and convert to wave with everything set to [as source]Comment

ok this works as long as i leave the settings as is.. it converts to PMC, which i can then covert to a smaller mpeg wav file, that is my main objective, but it still wont work for me on the regular settings. It could be some malfunction on my pc since it was upgraded at home and not done proffesional. : ( ..thanks for all your help!Comment
