Thumbnail and Property Handler setting question

I normally have the "Thumbnail and Property Handler" setting in Config - Advanced - Windows explorer Integration disabled.

I tried to enable it, then windows doesn't show mp3 tags, but shows flac tags. Neither .flac, nor .mp3 is enabled in the exclude list.

Is this normal ?

If I reset it to disabled, windows shows mp3 and flac tags equally - this is good for me.

Try renaming the _mp3 back to .mp3

After renaming back to .mp3, I see all fields in explorer in case of mp3 and flac files, no difference how I set "Thumbnail and Property Handler" option.
Unfortunately I never see here the Comment tag.

Now I don't understand and have to ask it, why this setting exists, where is the difference?

One uses windows own, one dbpoweramp, you have reverted back to windows.
