impossible to read a cda

hi,
i can't rip a cda with audio cd input it's remain write insert audio cd and with dm converter i've got this msg:
The file 'E:\Track07.cda' could not be opened.
Read Table of Contents failed - audio disc in drive?
the disk is in drive

Which Windows version? in audio CD Input if you click on Options are you able to select a CD Drive?
