R16.1 Properties length can be inaccurate

A WAV of 15998 samples at 32K samples per second has length (duration) of 0.4999375s, yet
dBpoweramp Properties's display of length to three decimal places shows 0.499



instead of 0.500 .

I'd guess the display is truncating when it should be rounding.
