Using Win 10 1607, I'm unable to convert flac to mp3 since updating to ver. 16.1. The target file is 0 bytes after the conversion. These are files that I was able to convert using ver. 15. I've been using dBpoweramp for several years and this is the first real problem I've had. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling.
