Problem Downloading

What I want to do is to convert from .wma to .mp3

I have Windows Media Player Version 9.00.00.3008 installed

I downloaded " Popular Codecs" "Windows Media Audio" and when I go to install it this dialogue bog comes up.

"Error whilst running “E:\MP3\) Convert wma to mp3\2\dBpowerAMP\MusicConverter.exe”"

If I go to the file and right click and chose "Convert to" and go through the process I get this dialuge box, "To support the file type '.wma' a Codec has to be downloaded from www.dbpoweramp.com >> Downloads >> Codec Central."

Help! Please.

You need to install the wma codec to thr same location as the music converter.
