mp4 Movie sound not working after album art added

Hi All, I right clicked some mp4 movies and added some album/movie art to the file.
It seemed to take a while to add the art and I'm wondering if some kind of conversion was going on.
After the album art was added the movies now have no sound.
At first I didn't realise that it was dbpoweramp that was adding the album/ movie art as it was just an option in right click (on windows 10).
Does anyone know how i can reverse this and restore the sound to my movies.
I copied these movies to my wifes surface pro and on her flight she had no sound on any of her movies.
I am happy to reverse the album art if its a licensing issue.

It is likely we have fixed the issue in the last 7 years.

I am afraid it will be not likely possible to restore these files.

Nearly 40 movies down the drain.
Am kinda wondering how I got a 7 year old version on my machine?

R14 is from 2010 (sorry 6 years ago).
