Anyone know where I can actually download or purchase/download Mp3Enc.exe or Mp3Enc31.exe.

I understand it's a pretty rare find and I haven't yet found it on the web via google. I wondered if anyone had a good inside scoop on where/who I can get it from.

Use the Radium Codec instead. You can find it on google.
