Convert Flac 24 bit to Flac 16 bit

I have completed this action in DB Music Converter recently. However now when I select the files to be converted and select Flac in the Converter window I no longer find the option I previously had to set the bit depth and to set the DSP effects. It's as though I have now have a version without those options. I had never installed any add on and hadn't made any change to the program since I last used it to make the same conversion and customize those settings about a month ago. Puzzled.

2nd picture down, you would click 'Add' to add the DSP effect.

Thanks - I clicked "Add" last night several times and it didn't respond. But it does now and brings up all those menu options. Thanks for the guidance. I appreciate it.
