    MP2 coding with severe error

Trying to code mp2 from digital radio (48 kHz, 192 kbps) to wav or direct to mp3 there is a cutoff at 6 kHz only in the right channel.
Same procedure with Lame 3.93.1 works correct.
Analysis is done by CoolEdit2000 FFT.
Tested with dBpowerAMP 9a on a Win98SE and WinXP-prof system.
Seems to be a dBpowerAMP problem.
I dont know how the mp2 decoding works, but why are there no probs with lame but with poweramp???

It must be the mp3 decoder I am using, in X weeks I plan to release a MAD mp3 decoder.
