WAV to FLAC Conversion

Just downloaded R16.1 as a trial and attempted to convert a WAV to FLAC as a test ... but got this error:

How do i ensure I have the encoder?

On the encoder page, select the encoder as Wave, then select FLAC once more and it will work.
