conversion from mp4 video into mp3 audio creates file that has no sound

certain mp4 video files convert correctly, others don't.

attached is a picture from audacity.

Any suggestions? Thank you!

dBpoweramp Music Converter is an audio file converter not a video file converter, so I am not surprised the conversion doesn't work.

I guess you would need to convert/extract the audio within the video to a format supported by dBpoweramp Music Converter.
