W64 IEEE 32 bit float doesn't work right in R16

JRMC cannot play files converted to W64 32 bit float using R16. This was never a problem before. Please investigate. If no immediate solution I will have to revert back to 15.3 and request a refund.

What does J River say when you try to play it?

The thing about W64 is the codec is not included in dBpoweramp, so the encoder is the same if R12, R13, R14, R15, R16
