Batch Converter progress estimate is very incorrect

Release 2026-09-13. Batch Converter progress estimates are very over-optimistic.

Here, after 11 of 720 files (1.5%), dBpoweramp erroneously says that it has converted 10%, and it miscalculates the time remaining accordingly:

The % is based on audio sizes added together, not a simple 100 files, and each is 1%.

Also the progress of the current 12 encoders is part of the top % bar also, not just on completion.
