Error converting 24bit WAV

Hi,

Just bought the new Radiohead Single (WAV). Tried converting to FLAC & MP3 and get the following error

"error audio data contain imcomplete samples mid-stream"

errors for both MP3 Lame and FLAC

Is this an issue with my setup, the converter, or the original WAV file?

Help appreciated

Source is Burnthewitch.wav

I've tried again individually (I was using multi encoder), FLAC has worked, but LAME starts processing but goes to idle, doesn't say complete and doesn't appear to output a file anywhere?

Edit. Apologies. File has output to folder. I have both conversions. They worked individually, but not when using the multi encoder.
