LAME 4.0 in dBpoweramp R2026-09-05

Is there any particular reason why the new version of dBpoweramp doesn't use the latest version of LAME (4.0) by default? Looking at the release notes, it seems to consist of a few bug fixes, but nothing particularly controversial.

For many the 3.1 line is more tested, some of the VBR modes had issues in later releases which might only now be getting fixed, which would be 4.1 when becomes stable
