    DSD Decoder question

I have recently updated from R16.6 to 2026.05.25 and would like to convert some dsf files to flac which I know have no musical content above 20kHz. Should I use the DSD Decoder to convert directly to 44.1kHz or should I first convert to 96kHz and then use the new ARDFTSRC to downsample to 44.1kHz?
Many thanks for any pointers or tips!

      Thanks for your quick reply.
Could I just ask what the reasoning is for your recommendation?

Allows the highest quality mode in ARDFTSRC to be selected on the DSP page.

OK, thanks - I’ll give it a go. I’ve done a few PCM conversions this week with ARDFTSRC and I’ve been very happy with the results!
