You want to use the DSP Effect 'Trim silence' from the command line?

yes, but i need to run the process with MS DOS commands, as i pass parameters as dynamic as the name of the audio and the second cut. This is the instruction that i'm using, not if the frequency is correct, i need to convert a compressed wav pcm wav to 8 Hz

            coreconverter.exe -infile="D:\Speech\Audio\Origen\214601371215294613_ 20160408.WAV" -outfile="D:\Speech\Audio\Convertido\21460137121529 4613_20160408.WAV" -convert_to="wave" -sourcefreq="8000" -sourcechannel="2"

thanks for your help, but the link leads to an article called "Thread: Reading Comprehension / DSP Settings For Scripting", in which no reference appears to what I need

                coreconverter.exe -infile="D:\Speech\Audio\Origen\214601371215294613_ 20160408.WAV" -outfile="D:\Speech\Audio\Convertido\21460137121529 4613_20160408.WAV" -convert_to="wave" -sourcefreq="8000" -sourcechannel="2" -dspeffect1="trim= [XXXXXX]"

The article says how you can configure the effect in Music Converter, test it, then extract the values being used from the registry and paste into the command line.
