Hi, if I install the trial version of the audio, video and image converter, and not buy a license, will I lose the pop-up information features on my windows machine, once the trial is over? The one that pops up when I hover my mouse over a file! I don't really need the conversion features. But I love that pop-up information feature. If that gets restricted too, or reverts back to the default windows one, would you be interested in releasing a standalone app just for that feature? Buying all the three converters just for the pop-up information features is quite expensive for someone who doesn't need the conversion features.

That's great. Thanks a lot. But please do consider a standalone app for that feature. It'll sell well.Comment

I can see why the pop-up information feature would be useful on its own, especially if you mainly use it to quickly check file details without opening another application.
I’d also be interested to know how the trial/licensing works for that specific feature after the trial expires. If the conversion tools aren't needed, a lightweight standalone version of the pop-up information feature would be a nice option for users who only want that functionality.
Hopefully someone from the dBpoweramp team can clarify whether the feature remains available after the trial or becomes restricted.Comment
